A Salesforce team that cares about your goals

Founded in 2018, eClouds has delivered 53 projects with 18 certified experts across New York, Toronto and Vancouver. We're an implementation and consulting firm — and we hold ourselves to three things.

The eClouds team
What we hold ourselves to

Three principles

Don't oversell

We scope what you need now and tell you what can wait. If a smaller engagement is the right call, we'll say so.

Deliver on time & budget

Fixed scope, two-week iterations, and a plan you can see. No surprise change orders.

Post-project support

We don't disappear at go-live. Support Packages keep your org healthy and improving.

How we work

A three-step engagement

  1. 01

    Discovery

A short, structured look at your current state, your goals and the systems around Salesforce. You leave with a fixed-price proposal.

  2. 02

    Build

Delivery in two-week iterations. You review working software every fortnight — configuration, integrations, data and reports.

  3. 03

    Hand-off & support

Training, documentation and a hypercare window. Then an optional Support Package for ongoing work.
